A Message from the Head of School

Welcome to Chiang Rai International School!

Chiang Rai International School (CRIS) was established in 2010, nestled in the beautiful northern city of Chiang Rai, Thailand. Our delightful campus is built on a spacious 12 rai of land, surrounded by gorgeous mountains, and about an hour from the famous Golden triangle, which marks the border between Thailand, Laos and Myanmar. We have celebrated graduating classes of students since 2016 who are currently living and studying in a variety of different countries, many in some of the best universities in the world.

At CRIS, our aim is to provide an excellent international education in a compassionate, safe and nurturing Christian environment. Our students are both encouraged and challenged to be lifelong learners with a global perspective in order to better prepare them for the challenges of the future.

Our curriculum is designed to meet the needs and interests of every student such that each individual can reach their full potential. We value academic accomplishment and believe that learning takes place most effectively in an environment where everyone is respected, valued, and appreciated.
